This cuvée is a blend of white wines made with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, themselves blended with red wines made from Pinot Noir after the grapes have been sorted by hand.

It offers a subtle balance between the unique finesse of great champagnes and rich red fruit aromas (raspberry, cherry, etc.) brought by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Its invariable quality year in year out and its structure have made it Champagne Jeanmaire’s emblem.
