Jeanmaire Brut owes its structure and fruity aromas to the dominance of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that account for 80% of its blending.

Its freshness comes from the Chardonnay present and a light dosage. The reserve wines and the diversity of the thirty or so crus used for its blending are the source of its regularity.

This cuvée is available in medium-dry, in which a more notable dosage brings out the full and sweet flavours that are often necessary to accompany desserts.
