Cuvée Malakoff
This is a non-vintage cuvée, in keeping with the Champagne blending tradition, and is essentially made from Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes.
Its elegance and structure come from its dominance of Chardonnay, relatively long ageing (at least 3 years) and light dosage.
